POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Channel Partnerships and Ecosystem Strategy to drive our partner network and ecosystem development. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive strategy to expand and leverage our partner relationships for mutual growth and market leadership.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Generation: Drive predictable and growing revenue streams through key partners.
- Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Craft and implement a strategic plan to identify, recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners that align with Seismos’s strategic objectives and target markets.
- Relationship Management: cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key channel partners, fostering trust, alignment, and joint success.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and engage with potential ecosystem partners to enrich our offerings and extend market reach.
- Performance Optimization: Define and monitor key performance metrics for channel partners and ecosystem relationships. Continuously optimize partner performance to achieve business goals.
- Enablement and Support: Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs encompassing training, marketing support, and sales tools to empower partners and drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align partner activities with overall company objectives and ensure seamless integration.
PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Proven track record (8+ years) in developing and managing channel partnerships and ecosystems within the B2B SaaS industry, ideally with exposure to the oil and gas sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of business strategy, partner economics, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to drive growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
